As soon as you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Delivery Countries: We are currently shipping to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Shipping Address & Corrections

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Shipping Address Change: To update your shipping address, please contact us at oxandbullsjacket@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Post-Dispatch Changes: After the tracking ID has been issued, you must contact the assigned courier (FedEx, DHL, etc.) directly to request any address changes.

  • Restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.

Late Delivery & Damaged Items

We take pride in delivering your order on time and in perfect condition.

  • Late/Missing Orders: If your order is late, missing, or undelivered, contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipping notification.

  • Damaged Items: If your parcel arrives damaged, you must notify us with proof within 24 hours of delivery.

  • In case of damage, you are entitled to use our 30-Day Return Policy.
