Return & Exchange Window

You can initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, the product must meet all of the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.

  • No alterations or modifications should be made by the customer.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Tags are removed, or the item shows signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.

  • The 30-day return window has passed.

  • The product is a custom or personalized order (these are non-refundable and non-exchangeable).

Damage, Defects, and Reporting Issues

We require prompt notification for damaged or defective items for carrier claim verification.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos (including the product, collar tag, and outer packaging) for verification. Our team will process a replacement, full refund, or exchange as per your preference.

  • Other Issues (e.g., Wrong Size/Color): For non-fault issues, you have the full 30-day window to initiate the return or exchange process.

Return Process

  2. Ship the Product: Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided by our support team.

  3. Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

  4. Tracking: Please share the tracking number with us after dispatch.

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm it meets the eligibility requirements. We recommend using trackable courier services (FedEx, DHL, etc.) for your protection.

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or product (subject to availability), we are happy to facilitate an exchange.

  • The customer is only responsible for the postage/shipping fee to return the original item.

  • We will send the replacement product free of cost
